Doctors very helpful and understanding. Explained medication given and made me feel confident in their decision. Feel uncomfortable having to give the receptionists reason for my appointment. I thought medical conditions were private between patient and doctor whether big or small problems.
Very friendly and made you feel at ease.
Not having GPs appointments coming up on the check in machine as being on time when they clearly aren't. Appointment today was late but at no time was I made to feel my time was being rushed. Consultation was clear and concise.
Friendly but professional nurse Kim to talk and discuss any problem but not time wasting.
More nurses needed as not enough staff to carry out a blood test so have to go to Memorial Hospital!
Nurse (Joyce) did my yearly diabetic check-up which as usual was very thorough.
Had to wait a month for GP (Dr Staker) appointment!
